jaxsta.com now just redirects to .io - the links seem otherwise unchanged.

Implement MBS-13885
Description
jaxsta.comnow just redirects tojaxsta.io- the links seem otherwise unchanged.This accepts both options but cleans them to
.io.Testing
Changed the tests to ensure
.comis cleaned to.ioand added one.io-only test in addition.
